Hi,
What is the order of magnitude of the SENSEVDD/SENSEGND pins output impedance and what current levels they can safely source/sink (first and foremost, for QorIQ T1040 and/or LS1021A)?
BR,
Denis

Please note that the SENSE signals are just connected to the corresponding VDD and GND on-chip networks somewhere in the middle of the cores' "cluster".

The question is just about electrical characteristics of this connection.
Could we assume that the impedance value is on the order of hundreds of milliohms (or a few ohms in the worst case)?

Impedance of what?
Please understand that these signals can be considered as ordinary VDD and GND pins.

I'm trying to evaluate the influence of an external sensing circuit input impedance on the measurement accuracy.
Given that these signals in essence are power pins, I believe that my estimation is close to reality.
