The LS1046ARDB is connected to PC via IP router and it is work

I try to connect both directly but I can get the ping value.

PC (Ubuntu 18.04):

The Network Cable:
CAT5E Network wire and Cat5E Network wire with cross.
Should I modify kernel or I miss something ?
