How do 802.3AS and 802.1Qbv work together on LS1028A

Hello everyone:

My question is how do 802.3AS and 802.1Qbv work together on LS1028A. I have three LS1028A boards，one board is used as sender, one board is used as receiver, and last one board is used as switch. When I set up the 802.1Qbv gate control list of the sender and switch, and sender start to send data, does 802.3AS automatic start meantime? Or should I set up the ptp4l service as daemon? Or should I run the ptp4l meantime?

Please run the ptp4l meantime and manually.

Also it can be served as daemon, but it also needs to be run at the meantime.
