hello. I am using an OM13054 (LPC-Link 2) board and flashing the firmware using the ARM 20-10 JTAG Connector.

The firmware flash tool uses the built-in Flash tool in MCUXpresso IDE :)

However, when I run debug for testing, I get an unexpected error.

The OM13054 (lpc-link-2) board is connected to the PC via micro USB. Here are the errors:

Unable to connect wire for probe index 1.
Error: Wire Ack Fault - target connected?

For more information about the error, I have attached a photo. Please check the attached file.

Do you have any guides on how to solve this problem??

To update LPC-Link2 with LPCscrypt

  1. Install LPCScrypt
  2. For LPC-Link2: remove link JP1 (nearest USB), for LPCXpresso V2/V3: make DFU link
  3. Connect the probe to the host via USB
  4. Run the desired programming script (CMSIS or Jlink)
  5. For LPC-Link2: restore link JP1 (nearest USB), for LPCXpresso V2/V3: remove DFU link
  6. Re-power the board and try debug code with IDE

If CMSIS-DAP interface can't be connect with IDE, try Jlink interface,

Thanks,

Jun Zhang

Hi

When you use LPC-Link2 debug a target, Could you please check in windows manager if LPC-Link2 is correctly recognized?

Not sure if on board LPC-Link2 firmware is damaged, Please try to update LPC-Link2 firmware with LPCScrypt for either CMSIS-DAP and Jlink . can it update successfully? ( Note, all ensure that jumper JP1 is NOT fitted so that the probe will be DFU bootable at power on. after the firmware update, remove JP1, power off and power on)

Do I need to supply power to the JP1 pin for LPC-LINK2 firmware update?

Although connected to PC via USB port, "Nothing to boot" is console output.
