Hello, We use the LPC2387FBD100,551 processor in our device. It is now replaced by the LPC2387FBD100K model. How is this new model different from the previous one? Do I need to change anything on the device?

Hi,

For the difference between the LPC2387FBD100,551 and LPC2387FBD100K , the silicon is the same, but the package is different.

The package of LPC2387FBD100K includes 450 silicons, while the LPC2387FBD100,551 only includes 90 silicons.

Pls refer to the link:

Hope it can help you
