LPC1830 JLink can not download file

- MCU: LPC 1830 

- method : JTAG 

- Error:  can connect successfully , then erase and download error.  

- Hardware:  device running ok before. I just test it again, then I saw the problem.

Thank you very much . I found it can work in JFlashV4.92.  I think that   segger's software compatiable issue.
