LPC1754FBD80 60脚 TX对地短路

客户出货2k，发现4片异常，LPC1754FBD80 60脚 TX对地短路；个别的海有51脚RTS1脚对地短路，请问量产出货的出现此问题，大概是什么原因造成的

The customer shipped 2k, found 4 abnormal, LPC1754FBD80 60-pin TX to ground short circuit; There is a short circuit of Pin 51 RTS1 to the ground in some individual sea. May I ask what is the cause of this problem in mass-produced goods.
