Function 'chip_TIMER_init' included by LPCOpen library have a wrong flow control

This is the function 'chip_TIMER_Init' in LPCOpen. As we can see, the switch-case statement seem to be expected to add 'break' as the end of one case. Otherwise, the timer0 will be initialize unexpected when I use this function for timer1.

If a correction for this glitch can be  added into next version of LPCOpen, I will appreciate it very much.

The LPCOpen Version is v3.00c.001 for  LPC5411X.
