Flashmagic Installation Causing Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Issues

Hey everyone,

I recently installed Flashmagic on my computer to program a microcontroller, but I'm now having issues with my wireless keyboard and mouse. After the installation, my keyboard and mouse [https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/dc/accessories-and-software/keyboards-and-mice] stopped working altogether.

I've tried restarting my computer and replacing the batteries in my keyboard and mouse, but nothing seems to be working. I'm wondering if the Flashmagic installation has caused some sort of conflict with the wireless keyboard and mouse drivers.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues after installing Flashmagic? If so, do you have any suggestions for how to fix the problem? I need my keyboard and mouse to work properly for my work, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi judywatson

I Have Flashmagic installed on my computer for many years, I use wireless mouse but never had this problem. I didn't heard this from other users so far.

I think this should related with your windows system or wireless device setting. Please check it.

Anyway, FlashMagic is 3rd party tool, I suggest you checking this with the owner
