I got additional info about some industrial customer prefer to using SDRAM product non-BGA package (DDR2 always using BGA package).

Have a great day,

Hi Ken,

Some customers feedback want to use small size SDRAM device, which could reduce the cost vs. DDR SDRAM.

According to customer requirements and extend product application field, K66 using SDRAM controller.

Wish it helps.

Have a great day,
Ma Hui
