Does anyone know if TWR-K64F120 interfaces with the TWR-LCD-RGB?

Hi,

Yes, there has no problem to connect the TWR-K64F120M with TWR-LCD from hareware perspective. Only issue is the software library. At present there has no specific eGUI code examples for TWR-K64F120M + TWR-LCD, customer could modify the existing eGUI 3.0 for TWR-K60F100M to port it into the K64, the major changes apply to the MCG.
