Hello,

Is there parameters and\or functional difference between the two ?

I can see only :

"Upto 128 KB FlexNVM and 4 KB FlexRAM on devices

with FlexMemory" at the MK64FN1M0Vxx12

Hi,Eduard,

Regarding the difference of the two chip, they have the same core, the same memory, the same frequency. But they has different temperature range.

For the MK64FN1M0CAJ12R, the MK64 is chip family, "F" means "cortex-M4, DSP and FPU", "N" means no Flexmemory, "1M0" means flash size, "C" is the temperature range from -40 to 85 degree, "AJ" means package type of the chip, "12" means 120MHz frequency, "R" is the package type when the chip is shipped.

for the MK64FN1M0Vxx12 ,The "V" means the temperature range is from -40 to 105 degree.
