MK20DX128VLF5 : differences between mask sets

Hi,

I own 2 different mask sets of MK20DX128VLF5 : 1N86B and 3N86B.

My system is working on the 3N86B. Should I expect problems when I switch to the 1N86B version?

How can I know the differences between the two mask sets?

Thank you for the help.

Thank you so much again for using our community.

Each type or version of the MCU has its own mask which corresponds to the entire circuitry of the MCU. This mask set corresponds to the errata list which can be considered when MCU is used. Please refer to the following Mask Set Errata 1N86B and 3N86B to check the differences between them and if it is compatible with your application.

I hope this will help you. Please let me know if you have more questions about it.
