Locked kinetis

Is there anybody debug Kinetis with J-LINK?

I got a problem.J-Link Commander print as below:

 I have tried the command "unlock kinetis", but does not work.

 I am wondering if my board is OK.  Any suggestion for Me?

When use SWD interface, cause there is no reset signal to JLINK

Solution:

Open jlink. Exe command tool, when hint as follows, must pull low CPU reset pin

Pull low reset pin, click "yes", will be prompted to find Cortex-the M4, Run command "unlock kinetis" then unlock successful!

i have the same problem,and i try "unlock kinetis","erase_all_pin.jlk",but it still can't be solved.why?
