K22F bootloader

Hi
I am wondering if you can help me. I am using the KDS based on Eclipse to develop my application. I have a FRDM-K22F board which the KDS can not communicate with. I understand that the procedure is to put the board in BOOTLOADER mode and then drag-and-drop a file to it.
My question is which file:
DEBUG-FRDM-K22F-Pemicro_v108b_for_open_SDA_v2.1.bin
OR
MSD-DEBUG-FRDM-K22F_Pemicro_v114.SDA

The FRDM-K22F comes by default with an OpenSDA v2.1 firmware, so you have to use the DEBUG-FRDM-K22F-Pemicro_v108b_for_open_SDA_v2.1.bin

The other file (with v114) is the OpenSDA V1.0 firmware file (to my knowledge no available no K22F board has it on it, for other details see New P&E OpenSDA Firmware v114 | MCU on Eclipse .

As for updating the firmware, you are probably aware of Illustrated Step-by-Step Instructions: Updating the Freescale Freedom Board Firmware | MCU on Eclips... .

Other than that, be aware that there is a Windows 10 issue with the original bootloader, see Bricking and Recovering OpenSDA Boards in Windows 8 and 10 | MCU on Eclipse .

I recommend you program the board with the latest and greatest DAPlink Bootloader, see How to Recover the OpenSDA V2.x Bootloader | MCU on Eclipse  and especially Adding a Delay to the ARM DAPLink Bootloader | MCU on Eclipse .

I hope this helps,

Erich
