I would like to use the  internal load capacitor in all oscillator modes.

Is it possible to use the internal load capacitor in all oscillator modes or are they disabled in all modes except  "Low-frequency (32 kHz), low-power"?

Reference manual says:

When using low-frequency, low-power mode, the only external component is the

crystal or ceramic resonator itself. In the other oscillator modes, load capacitors (Cx, Cy)

and feedback resistor (RF) are required.

If the crystal requires a 18pF load capacitor. Can't I use the internal load capacitor? It goes all the way from 0pF to 30pF.

Yes, the internal load capacitors are available in all oscillator modes, only the internal feedback resistor disabled in all the modes except low power mode, so if the crystal only requires a 18pF load capacitor, internal capacitor should be enough, external capacitor is needed when the required load capacitors are greater than 30 pF.
