PTN3460 reading from EXTERNAL EEPROM

Hello, 
I need help with getting PTN3460BS_F6Y reading from external 24LC02 eeprom. 
I am trying to transfer video from the pc dp to an LVDS panel that has RxO0, RxO1, RxO2,RxOCLK, RxO3 pairs respectively same for the even pairs. I USE 2 LANE DP AND WHEN THE DEV_CFG IS LOW THE PC DETECTS THE HARDWARE BUT THIS IS NOT WHAT I AM TRYING TO GET. 

TESTMODE - LOW

CFG1 - LOW

CFG2 - HIGH

CFG3 - LOW

DEV_CFG - HIGH

CFG4 - HIGH 

I HAVE NOT PROGRAMED ANYTHIG TO THE PTN3460 AND I AM NOT SURE IF I AM SUPPOSED TO UPDATE THE FIRMWARE BUT IT SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK. THE PC DOES NOT RECOGNIZE ANY HARDWARE ATTACHED TO IT. 

IS THERE SOMETHING I AM MISSING HERE. 

PS: PLEASE DO NOT REFFER TO ANY APP NOTES SUCH AS AN11128 AND SO ON, I HAVE THEM ALL.

Are you using the DPCD Tool? Could you please share your schematic?

A0, A1 AND A2 PINS OF THE MEMORY ARE CONNECTED TO GROUND, HOWEVER THE DATASHEET SAYS THEY ARE NOT USED .....
