Where is apptrk for P1020WLAN?

I am using a P1020WLAN development system.

I have downloaded and installed (with much difficulty) CodeWarrior development Studio for Power Architecture Processors Linux Edition v8.8.

After installition the documentation says to run apptrk :1000 on the target system.

This application is not found on my new P1020WLAN.

P1020WLAN is not supported in CW8.8.

But..regarding the apptrk support it should work because the e500v2 core is supported in CW classic. The apptrk support is not board specific.

But apptrk doesn't seem to be installed!  How do I get it on the P1020WLAN?

It comes with the Linux SDK.

So, if I understand correctly, I need to build a new file system with apptrk included, then reflash the P1020WLAN with the new file system.  Or possible put the new FS on a USB stick and use it from there?
