How does one decode the Freescale orderable product codes to find out what one gets? For example, I can't figure out what the difference between the CWS-MCF-PROED-CX and CWS-MCS-PROED-LX is. Its $1800 worth, whatever it is, but the difference in the "description" fields is limited to the rather cryptic ",F". Eh?

Hello
Basically CWS-MCF-PROED-CX is for a single user license. The license is then bound on a Ethernet or Disk ID and can only be used on one single Host PC.
CWS-MCF-PROED-LX is a floating license. The license is bound to a license server and a programmer, who wants to use the tools checks the license out and use it for a while.
So CWS-MCF-PROED-LX is more expensive as it allows you to have several people using the tools (as long as they do not use it at the same time).
I hope this helps.
