In response to the above queries:
Is there a way to inject SBE or MBE ecc error for the ls1046a OCRAM?
NXP:SBE or MBE ecc error can be cleared but not injected for the LS1046A OCRAM. Refer note under section "7.2 On-Chip RAM memory controller (OCRAM)" of LS1046ARM_Rev3.
Is the MBEE_MSK from the RSTRQMR register is related to the OCRAM?
NXP:Yes, MBEE_MSK from the RSTQMR is related to any of the SRAMs inside the chip including OCRAM.
If the MBEE_MSK is 0, the RESET_REQUEST_B will trigger on MBE error?
NXP: Yes, It is fine if it remains set. If MBEE_MSK is =0 then while the system is running and encounters an MBEE event then the RESET_REQ_B signal will be asserted, which if it is connected to HRESET will cause a reboot.
