How to generate .a2l file from codewarrior .map file?

I am using codewarrior for MPC55xx V2.4 and the target is MPC5633m. The .map file generated by the linker can not be converted to .a2l file by Vector ASAP2 Editor which is a tool of CANape. Can anyone help me?

We haven't used the Vector ASAP2 Editor before but we just installed a demo and the only suggestion we have is to set the  MAP file definition  to Metrowerks.  Take a look at the attached screenshot for an example.  I hope this helps.

I am sory to report that the solution does not work at all. The A2l misses variables' names and their addresses. If in standard format, the a2l file can get the variables' names but no addresses. Please refer to the attached file.
