Help in Using the MPC 555

We are currently using the above stated setup in designing a senior project. We have been trying to get the QADC modules to work, but with no success. We want to bring in an analog signal and display the sampled value via the UART. We have been searching for Demos that would allow us to do this from the start, however there are no versions available that are compatible with our version of CodeWarrior. If anybody could send me some code or direct me where there are some functioning demos, your assistance will be much appreciated.

There is an article in Steve Ciarcia's Circuit Cellar on building an oscilloscope using the QADCs on the MPC-555. The link is here. You will probably have to pay for the PDF, but the Google view of the article might show you if it's worth the expense.
