The QCVS tool cannot be downloaded from the following website. Is there any other way to download

Please download QCVS offline installation packages for CodeWarrior PA Rev 4.5 from the following link.

Then open CodeWarrior IDE and install QCVS from Help->Install New Software->Add->Archive.
