Looking for 'Special Edition' of CodeWarrior for MPC8349 flash programming only

Hi

I'm looking for a Special Edition of CodeWarrior for MPC8349 with only the flash programming tool. I don't see any support for
the MPC8349/Power Quic family (or it's not obvious) in the Special Edition download section.

We don't use the development tools in this package, just the flash programming feature when our hardware gets bricked
due to a corrupt flash. I had a V8.8 install on my old XP box, but with an update to Win7, I need to do a new install.

Evaluation version of CodeWarrior can be used during 30 days. There are no other limitation for using evaluation version.

Use evaluation version CodeWarrior for Flash programming on your board.

CodeWarrior 8.8 can be used on Windows 7 PC.
