I meet a strange question of MC9S08AW60 CFUE

Hi,

There is a strange question,when i program MC9S08AW60 CFUE.

I program a mass of MC9S08AW60 CFUE chip with USBDM.but only one chip has the question as follow.

I have two programs .program2 can be programed with no error.But program1 meet the question.

program2 is larger than program1.

So i'm confused.

Hello,

If this is occurring for a single device only, maybe this device is faulty.  I would assume that attempting to program an improperly erased device may cause this error.

I find the reason .I chose chip type as MC9S08AW32 when i new a project. so to program some chips is ok and to program some chips is error.when i set chip type as MC9S08AW60,it's ok.

I haven't ever used USBBDM, I recommend you to raise this question to USBBDM's vendor.

If you use PE USBMultilink, I may provide some help. Hope you understand.
