I'm using CW 5.9 for the MPC565

I'm trying to use the profiler with little success.  Can i use the profiler for a C based project with out dynamic memory?

I cant find any details about which library to use. But i tried each of them and they all complain about "Undefined" malloc, calloc, and free.

 

I'm assuming that the library nameing scheme: Profiler.Dwarf1.BE.UC.a

BE and LE are big and little endian.

but i dont know the difference between Dwarf 1 and 3 nor what UC stands for.

Sorry that would be v8.7 the ide version is 5.9.
