How about the "Software and Tools" link on the product page? There might be Uart code in one of those.
if all else fails, download and unpack the Linux or uClinux DVDs. There have to be some serial port drivers in there somewhere.
Remember these particular UARTs are used in other parts. There may be App Notes that were written for some of the older parts (back when Motorola was writing App Notes) that are on the product pages for those parts that are relevant.
Searching for a keyword like "UMR10" gives about 20 different parts' User Manuals. You can use that as a start to check the App Notes for those 20 products in case there's something listed there not listed on the MCF5282 page. This happens a lot.
