Flex LM dongle not seen on Win 7

I am trying to migrate to Windows 7.

I downloaded the dongle drivers and tried installing that. No luck. I then tried downloading Driver Update and installed that. I got the error "Failed to install Virtual Device Driver. Failed to open the registry0x2002011 0x0."

I then ran the cleanup utility. Tried the install, again. Same error.

Also, the FlexLM Tool does not see the dongle.

Any ideas?
