Can anybody give us a schematic of parallel to JTAG/ONCE for MPC55xx! Many ways we tried do not work!

They can not work in the ICDPPCNEXUS!

I think the simple tools shoul be offered by freescale to let everyone learn more about the MPC55XX  expediently without  too much money!

Many thanks!

Sorry I missunderstood your initial request.

We do not have Schematics to allow you to build your own debugger. I am not aware of anything available like this for PPC.

Our EVB's come with the P&E low cost debug tool. You can purchase this from P&E - http://www.pemicro.com/ - USB POWERPC NEXUS MULTILINK. Other debug solutions are available from companies like iSystem and Lauterbach.

Hey!

Take a look at the Axiom web site, they make a lot of the MPC5500 EVB's for the MPC5500 family. The schematics are available for download.

What MCU are you using?

We try to provide sample tools in all of the EVB kits that we do for the MPC55xx family.
