A floating license problem. Those are not easy to solve. I recommend that you file a service request to get the support that you need. Click here to go to the service request page. For the Category Option choose Technical Request, and for the Topic option select license issues.

Before you file the service request, make sure that you can answer the following:

1) If the license server is using the default ports (27000–27009), does your LAN allow them?

2) Are other systems experiencing the same problem, or just this one?

The other system is facing the same problem too, but a different error, see the attachment

Tried with 3 port no.s , but still the same error.

I'd check to see what is different for the LM_LICENSE_FILE environmental variable between the two machines. One is seeing the license server but not getting a license key and the other just flat-out is not seeing the server. As I suggested, file a service request, and present the information you gave me here to them. Learn how to generate error logs from the server, as that helps track down whether the network or the server is having issues. And be prepared to tangle with the network IT guy. The most difficult floating license problems I have dealt with is where the IT people insist the network is not blocking the ports you are using, and it turns out that they are.
