I'm new to the MC9RS08KA2 MCU and I purchased the DEMO board for it.

I'm have both CW Special Edition ver 5.1 and 6.2.

I'm trying to use the example "Low-Cost Digital Timer" PDF as a way to get started but I try to locate the file ETimerR.mcp file referenced in the document and it doesn't exsist in either version of CW.

Does anyone know where I can find that file?

I've searched the Freescale web site and the CD that came with the DEMO board and I can't find it.

Where did you get the pdf from?

The software for AN3413 can be downloaded from the www.freescale.com website, search for AN3413 or AN3413SW.

Thanks Daniel,

I downloaded the AN3413.PDF from freescale but there wasn't any mention of a AN3413SW file.

In the PDF file it said to go to the Codewarrior ETimerR folder, which I could never find.

I guess I know why now. :smileyhappy:

I even searched the Freescale website and it didn't show any reference to software either.

But thank you very much, I searched and found the AN3413SW file and it works great.

I guess I will assume there is a SW file for the examples and look for it next time.

Have a great day,

Rod
