MCF52277EVB hold 32MB mobile ddr and a nor flash, so a uClinux bsp is required, but I haven't see any bsp in fsl's website. Does Freescale provide ucLinux BSP for MCF52277EVB?

If you go to the MCF5227x page and click on "Software & Tools" you should see a download for the 52277EVB Linux BSP ISO.
