Hi All,

We have a big concern about the ERR010873. We want a clear information about if imx28 ROM code has been updated for it.Is the uboot patch enough for preventing  hacker attacks?

Rev 1.3 means imx28 IC version, you can check the part number, the last ‘“c” in the part number means MCIMX28 Revision 1.3

Hi Joan,

Thanks a lot for your reply!

I'm not sure if you misunderstand my question.

I mean the imx28x IC version to fix the ERR010873.As I know, the rom code in the IC can't be updated.

Hi,

Another question,Is the secure boot can enabled without HABv4?

Does the following description means it can enable encrypted boot feature only?

Secure Boot
A key feature of the i.MX28 ROM is the ability to perform a secure boot. This is
supported by
• The encrypted boot feature and
• The High Assurance Boot (HAB)
These are independent features and are not dependent on each other.
