We have designed imx6ull board with 2X ethernet port, 1X USB. Initially it was failing in 50 Mhz see our other thread

Ethernet throughtput & FCC failure with iMX6ULL board. now in this ethernet is passing by some margin. but it fails at 160 Mhz for FCC and CE both. see the below image (peak number 4 165.36 Mhz>>-3.95).

As i am adding a metal foil on the processor then these peaks are removed. see the below image.pastedImage_6.png

but adding a metal foil is not a perfect solution for manufacturing.

Does anything that we can try for this radiation to pass?

Your answer is very valuable as the same board is failing in 2nd revision also please suggest us.

Hi Yagnik

one can try to tweak IOMUX settings  SPEED,DSE,SRE as in

sect.32.6.182 SW_PAD_CTL_PAD_ENET1_TX_DATA0 SW PAD Control Register
(IOMUXC_SW_PAD_CTL_PAD_ENET1_TX_DATA0)

i.MX 6ULL Applications Processor Reference Manual

and look at AN2321

https://www.element14.com/community/docs/DOC-31644/l/freescale-an2321-application-note-for-designing...

Best regards
igor
