I plan to create a few data variables in ITCM (RAM Partition 2) to run a few memory tests on a MKV58F1M0VLQ24 MCU. Do I have to configure register(s) to enable ITCM? If yes then which register(s)?

Hi lsrbigfoot

If you want to create a few data variables in ITCM, you just need to define the data in the related ITCM data range:

You don't need to configure any other register.

You can try it on your side.

If you still have questions about it, please kindly let me know.

Best Regards,

Kerry

I tried accessing ITCM to do a few memory tests. Memory appears to be working. Thanks!
