How to download program to my S32K146EVB-Q144 Board of S32DS IDE with GHS Compiler？

Hi:

 1. My board is S32K146EVB-Q144.

  2.S32 Design Studio for ARM Version:2018.R1 IDE is used with GHS Compiler.

  3. How to download my program to my board?     

      Can I drag the executable(.elf) file to the S32K146EVB(E:) ?

      or Use “Debug Configurations” to download ?

   4. I have tried to use “Debug Configurations” to download,I set Breakpoint, I  select  to run to the breakpoint,But there are errors,Can you help me how to solve?
