I need to use l4.9.88_ 2.0.0_ mfg-tool_ Mx8mq is used to burn my system, but during the burning process, the card is stuck in uboot. Please don't let me use uuu or. Sacard. I can use both. I just want to use mfgtool2, please help me, thank you

Are you using i.MX8MQ EVK or i.MX8MQ based custom board? 

I have tried to flash the images on i.MX8MQ EVK and I am able to flash successfully using MFGTool L4.9.88_2.0.0_mfg-tool_MX8MQ. I have downloaded MFGTool from this link.

My board information is "SCH-29615 REV B4, 700-29615 REV A2".

If you are using i.MX8MQ EVK then can you please try to flash some other board? You can also try the other Windows version. You can check this link.

And if you are facing on i.MX8MQ based custom board then have you done DDR configuration for the board? You can check this link for DDR configuration.
