I downloaded and burn L5.4 imx-full-image to my imx8qxpmek

Embedded Linux for i.MX Applications Processors | NXP
and I had 2 questions in using ftp function.
1. How can I fix a static IP ? which file to modify ?
2. SFTP connection from host PC (FileZilla or gFTP) fail due to below error
sh: /usr/libexec/sftp-server: No such file or directory
seems I need to configure sftp server at imx8qxpmek board side, I found some article of reason/solution on CentOS / Ubunt, etc, however it is not working for imx8qxpmek, please who know tell me how to do it.
