Hello,

We are trying to lower the refresh rate of imx8qxp board for 1280x1024 resolution, from 75hz to 60hz. Our board is working fine with 75hz output for this resolution but our display only accepts 60Hz.

We have tried linux, android images with no success

Can you please help?

best regards,

Hello yigti,

* Display Controller Subsystem *

The Display controller subsystem supports two Display Controllers (DC0 and DC1).
The DC can generate the output video timing for one display with image content read from the display buffers in the memory and/or directly captured input video timing.

The Display Controller 0 (DC0) interfaces the following blocks:
- HDMI interface supporting 4K@60 display
- MIPI DSI interface supporting up to 4K30 display
- Two LVDS interfaces supporting
- 1080p@60 on a single interface
- 4k@30 when aggregating the two interfaces

The Display Controller 1 (DC1) interfaces the following blocks:
- MIPI DSI interface supporting up to 4K30 display
- Two LVDS interfaces supporting
- 1080p@60 on a single interface
- 4k@30 when aggregating the two interfaces

1920x1080@60 about 148.5MHz clock.

You must check the cat /sys/class/graphics/fb0/modes in order to know which mode is used.
