2. one can pay attention to bits for reference clock selection

ENETn_CLK_SEL, ENETn_TX_CLK_DIR in register IOMUXC_GPR_GPR1,

described in sect.32.4.2 GPR1 General Purpose Register (IOMUXC_GPR_GPR1)
