Hello,

Is it possible to use SPI NAND Flash as a boot device on T1014 processor?

Thanks in advance,

As an additional question, can you also support the additional configuration needed for using u-boot to boot SPI NAND Flash?
Or is it possible to booting from SPI NAND Flash based on existing the T1024RDB configuration and code of SPI Flash boot?

Thanks in advance,

Hirobe

The following three points need to be considered for serial NAND device to support booting from it:
• Support 0x03 READ command.
• Support 24-bit address mode when the device boots from the QuadSPI interface.

Thank you for your supporting.

I'll check u-boot configure(RCW, defconfig, etc...) and source code for booting from SPI based on your advice.
