如题,在使用RT1064访问NAND时,配置成SEMC时钟144MHz,NAND模式配置成mode5。实测波形如图,红圈中为读取的4byte内容,后续总线进入了长时间的等待,然后再开启下一次4byte内容读取,最终实测读取速度仅为5MB/s左右。
在论坛内SEMC SRAM Performance 该问题也遇到了总线速度不理想的状况,且无法减小图中总线空闲时间。
请问还有什么方法可以提高吗,另外在配置SEMC时钟166MHz时提供的API函数配置NAND时序无法正常访问。

刚才跟RT产品组沟通过,我们内部测得的SEMC NAND Flash读取速度基本上是5MB/s。
目前看来没有什么可以优化用来提高SEMC NAND Flash吞吐率。

另外麻烦问一下造成当前读速率不能提升的原因是什么。
从波形上看8bit总线时序是可配置成较快速度的,4byte读之后NAND控制器进入IDLE状态?内部在拼装数据送往AXI总线供内核读取?
个人测试了SRAM的外设读时序,读完4byte内容后等待100ns左右会进入下一次4byte内容的读取,没有上面波形图中那么明显的等待时间,是不是因为nand控制器本身较慢导致的长时间等待。

是否使用AXI总线访问外部的NAND Flash设备?
SEMC的 Base Register 4 (For NAND device) (BR4)是AXI总线访问配置寄存器。
