You need to restore the the firmware whichever available into the TED-Kit.

please asked to the supplier they will provide you the user manual with hex file for how to restore the TED-KIT firmware.

I solved this problem. I need to remove the box and see the board inside, which has the J-LINK interface, through which I can burn firmware.
