iMX6 SoloX: Frequency limitation for industrial variant

iMX6 SoloX: Frequency limitation for industrial variant

What is the technical limitation for the iMX6 SoloX regarding CPU frequency for the industrial variant? The Commercial variant can run in 1GHz, but only in 800MHz for the industrial variant. Why is that? My source for this is the following documents:

Hi Peder

differencies are defined in factory testing, industrial parts are -40 to
+105°C while commercial -20 to +105°C. Also some differencies can be found in

So there is no hardware limitations? I can run it in any frequency defined in imx6sx.dtsi if I like to?

right. Provided that operating frequency does not exceed datasheet values.
