Hi,
Please let us know, PCIe is driver is supported in uboot. Also how to test the PCIe device is initialized without any issue in uboot.
Does the existing u-boot binary supports PCIe. or is there any sample board configuration in which PCI is enabled and initialized.
Thank you,

U-Boot log will contain a line corresponding to each enabled PCIe controller.
This line will indicate the link training status. Trained link corresponds to properly enumerated EP device.

Yes, the LX2160A firmware contains U-Boot supporting PCIe.
PCIe Gen2 and PCIe Gen3 is supported in u-boot ?
Specific PCIe protocol support details are determined by the RCW being used - not U-Boot itself.
Does PCIe support QDMA in linux?
A PCIe controller can be used as source and/or destination of the qDMA - refer to the QorIQ LX2160A Reference Manual, Chapter 24 qDMA.
