I am using MCIMX6Q-SDP board and trying to boot 4.19 bsp using pre-built binaries provided in L4.19.35_1.1.0_images_MX6QPDLSOLOX

Can you please verify that the image is flashed properly or not in your sdcard? As we are able to boot the board using sdcard with prebuilt of L4.19.35_1.1.0_images_MX6QPDLSOLOX. 

Try to boot board using prebuilt from:

For steps You can download the document from this link and refer the section 4.3.2 and 4.3.4.
