Imx6q runs GPU program, the picture is stuck

The GPU picture is stuck and stays in the crystal ball picture; see Figure 1 for details;

Check with serial port, there is error message in 5595 subprogram under GPU program, see Figure 2 for details; kill this 5595 subprogram, rerun GPU, no response; further kill GPU program, rerun GPU, no response; system restart, return to normal;

Is weird the error it looks like a hardware issue maybe the DDR, Try to erase your image and reburn again and test it and see if that work.

I do a memter test on the memory，memtester  512！DDR error is reported during the test, please see the figure below。Can you confirm that the error in the picture is a DDR problem? Can you confirm which DDR is the problem? Or CPU? After a bunch of errors, the system stuck and rebooted.
