Hello,Community

Decompressed ddr_stress_tester_v3.00_setup.exe and tried to carry out calibration of LPDDR3.
DDR frequency of 533MHz could not be tested.
ERROR : Calibration freq you entered is out of range (300 ~ 528MHz)!

On the other hand, the following is described in 1.4.7 External Memory Interface of i.MX 7Dual Applications Processor Reference Manual.
• 32-bit LP-DDR3 up to 533MHz clock (1066MT / s)

Can I calibrate LPDDR3 at 533MHz?
Or is the Tool version old?

best regards

Hello,

the restriction of 528 MHz is from tools, supporting i.MX6. I already reported about it to

the team, but, at least till now this issue takes place. Note, hardly results for 528 MHz calibration

are significantly differ from ones of 533 MHz.

Regards,

Yuri.
