Hi sir,

1)Is it possible to remap the internal flash(4MB) address using flash remapping method in imxrt1064?

2) Is it XIP mode is supported in internal flash on imxrt1064?

Yes, it is possible to remap the on-chip flash 

2) Is it XIP mode is supported in internal flash on imxrt1064?

Yes, XIP is supported in the on-chip flash of the RT1064

Yes, it is possible to remap the on-chip flash 

2) Is it XIP mode is supported in internal flash on imxrt1064?

Yes, XIP is supported in the on-chip flash of the RT1064
