We are using the SC18IM700IPW
We have had issues at -40C and also at +79 C with the parts not functioning.
When they fail they are unresponsive on the bus.
There are 2 applications within our company that have now failed in a similar manner.
We have been using these parts since 2011 and only recently have seen this issue.
If you could please shed any light on this it would be appreciated.
